Efective Negotiaton training in "Lytagra", AB


Is it worth loosing the battle now, and win the war later? Do I need to come down in the second half of the minor issues of negotiation to achieve the desired results? When, however, the negotiations should be stopped?

The answers to these questions are already aware of group AB Lytagra "employees, who last week participated in the training "Effective Negotiations: How to win at the negotiating table, or it's possible to agree on everything". This topic has started  the training cycle in AB "Lytagra". Objective of the course - the company executives and professionals, in particular the commercial department staff, update skills and further education.

Negotiating trainer, lecturer Darius Amilevičius, complemented theoretical by practical situations, the training participants were included in the analysis of different situations.
